MBTI Step II

The Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Step II is based on the understanding that each of the opposite poles of the 4 dichotomies is multifaceted and whilst there are any number of facets within each preference, the Step II report identifies the top five facets for each preference.

A Step II feedback allows leaders to identify their individuality or uniqueness within their type and clarify or resolve any questions or ambivalence they may have about their four basic MBTI type preferences. It enables people to investigate some of the distinctive ways in which they express their personality type and how this may look to others.   This can be particularly powerful when it is linked to a 360° report and one can start to see how these distinctive elements of personality come across to others.
